Newest mixed media piece “Blood Agate”. Taken from an agate found at the Spruce Pine Gem and Mineral Show, Spruce Pine, NC. Beautiful reds and blacks in this piece. I added hand cut glitter to add some interest. Multi layers of oil paint and epoxy resin. Difficult control of epoxy. One of my best!
