Blood Agate

Newest mixed media piece “Blood Agate”. Taken from an agate found at the Spruce Pine Gem and Mineral Show, Spruce Pine, NC. Beautiful reds and blacks in this piece. I added hand cut glitter to add some interest. Multi layers of oil paint and epoxy resin. Difficult control of epoxy.  One of my best!
